The whole Vukovart story started in July, 2016, when the only one Croatian 3D Street Artist made anamorphic tourist attraction on a bridge in the center of the city. Filip Mrvelj, from Slavonski Brod, whose arts are all across the Globe, painted pedestrian bridge across river Vuka. Painting, approximately 100 m2, shows demolished wooden bridge. This painting gets 3D effect when is watched from one spot using the lense (camera or photo).
This art was financed by the City of Vukovar, and it’s creation lasted several days.
Citizens of Vukovar were delighted with new tourist attraction, and photos occupied social networks.
After that came idea about 3D Street Art Festival with the most famous anamorphic artists called Vukovart – Art Harbour.
