From 2nd to 14th May, Vukovar becomes Art Harbour.
During that period, he will be visited by the most famous 3D Street Artist with the main aim: changing visual identity of the city. 3D painting is very popular in the last several years because of its attractivness and fan interaction, and that can be seen by social networks sharing.

But, what it really is? The right name for that type of art is anamorphosis or anamorphic painting. This type of art is about 700 years old, and last 30 years it appears on the gorund. Even some Italian churches are painted that way (Church of St. Ignazio in Rome – by Andrea Pozzo).

Anamorphosis is a distorted projection or perspective requiring the viewer to use special devices or occupy a specific vantage point (or both) to reconstitute the image. In this solution the lense will be used (camera, photo or mobile phone).

But, looked from other points it seems elongated.

So, visit us and enjoy in the art of one of the best World’s anamoprhic painters! Sail into an Art Harbour!
